Terms and Conditions
- You agree to provide your own lock, as well as a spare key to be held by Taylor Bay Storage Units.
- All payments must be made in advance at the commencement of the agreement.
- You shall not use the storage unit for any purpose other than storing the items specified above. This includes, but is not limited to, using the unit as a workshop, place of residence, or for overnight stays.
- You shall not store any items that are illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, or that pose a risk to any person or property. All goods are stored at your sole risk.
- If you are 14 days in arrears with rent, Taylor Bay Storage Units reserves the right to deny you access to the storage unit until all outstanding amounts are paid.
- If rent is 14 days or more overdue, Taylor Bay Storage Units reserves the right to change the locks and dispose of and/or sell the stored goods.
- Taylor Bay Storage Units does not insure any stored goods and accepts no liability for loss or damage. You must provide a copy of your own insurance policy covering the stored items.
- In the event you are locked out for non-payment, you have 14 days to settle your account and remove your goods from the premises. Otherwise, the goods may be disposed of at the discretion of Taylor Bay Storage Units.
- You must give a minimum of 30 days’ notice prior to the expiration of this agreement.
- It is your responsibility to leave the unit in a clean condition. Any rubbish or discarded items left behind will incur an additional removal fee payable by you.
- You must notify Taylor Bay Storage Units immediately of any change in address or contact details. If the locks are changed, a copy of the new key must be provided to Taylor Bay Storage Units within 7 calendar days.
- You understand and agree that in the event of a payment default, action may be taken to recover any monies owed. All associated costs, fees, charges, and interest related to debt collection will be added to your account. A payment default may also result in a listing against your name with a credit reporting agency.
